Tuck
Hide and organize your Mac menu bar icons
Tuck tidies the Mac menu bar: hold ⌘ to drag icons, and everything to the left of Tuck hides with one click and returns with another. On notched MacBooks, hidden items appear in a Shelf panel below the menu bar instead. Each icon can be pinned visible, kept hidden, or follow the main toggle. Runs on macOS 14–27, Intel and Apple silicon, under 10 MB.
Free covers Push and Shelf modes, per-icon control, the ⌘⇧B shortcut and launch at login, with no time limit. Pro adds auto-hide with a custom delay, hover reveal, per-app rules, plus Shelf styling, groups and search. Version 1.2.2 adds Shortcuts actions, dedicated hotkeys and a Settings Backup file that exports and imports your setup. The developer states there is no telemetry or analytics; servers are contacted only for license validation and update checks.
Why no subscription? Pro is a one-time $14.99 purchase for up to three Macs, lifetime updates included, with a 30-day refund guarantee.
