Cyberduck

Files to servers and clouds

Subscription-free alternative to Transmit, Mountain Duck, ForkLift.

Cyberduck connects your Mac to almost anything that stores files: FTP and SFTP, WebDAV, Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive and more — all in one familiar, Finder-like window.

Files can be edited straight on the server (Cyberduck opens them in the editor of your choice and uploads changes automatically), bookmarks remember connections, and everything is properly encrypted. Equally handy for web development and backups.

The app is open source and donation-funded; the Mac App Store version supports development, while the website version is free to use.

Why no subscription? Accessing your own servers and storage isn’t a rental model — the tool for it should be yours.
