Drip Send

Drip Send sends individual, personal-looking emails rather than campaign blasts. Contacts arrive by CSV, every message can be read in preview with the merge data filled in before it enters the queue, and a pacing control spreads sending across a window instead of firing hundreds of mails in a minute. Unsubscribes and suppression lists are carried along, and replies and follow-ups stay visible per contact.

Before the first send there is a checklist that works through deliverability: sender identity, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, template review. Alongside it sit practical guardrails for warming a domain — what volume is realistic in week one, two and three. Contacts, templates and history live locally on the Mac, and there is no vendor account.

One point belongs before the purchase: Drip Send brings no sending infrastructure of its own and uses yours instead — AWS SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, or plain Gmail SMTP. The app has no subscription, but your provider bills the volume you send; the developer puts it at roughly $0.10 per 1,000 emails depending on provider and region. If you already have a mailbox, small volumes effectively cost nothing extra. The app itself is $34.99 once on the Mac App Store or direct through Polar.

Why no subscription? Newsletter services scale their price with the size of your list, even though the work per email stays the same. Drip Send sells you the tool once and lets you buy the postage at cost from your sending provider.
