Rank for Mac

Rank connects to Google Search Console and turns the raw export into a to-do list: pages with plenty of impressions and a weak click-through rate, rankings that are slipping, queries sitting just short of page one. Instead of another browser tab you open once a month, you end up with a prioritised queue of concrete changes.

The audit runs locally against your own site — titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, canonicals, indexability, internal links. On top of that sits a GEO section that checks whether a page is ready for answer engines (schema, trust signals, llms.txt), visibility tracking for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews, competitor sitemap comparisons, and a client mode with approval states and an HTML report. What sets Rank apart is the memory: every change is logged with a date and held against what actually happened after 7, 14 and 28 days.

The Search Console connection uses OAuth, tokens live in the keychain, and synced data is cached on the Mac. You can optionally hook up GA4 or Tinylytics read-only and use Apple Intelligence on macOS 26 for drafting — both are extras, and the core works without them. Rank costs $39 once through Polar and is also part of the $99 Yuzool Mac bundle, likewise a single payment.

Why no subscription? SEO suites charge three figures a month to mirror data Google hands out for free anyway. Rank runs on your own Mac and has no server bill to cover — so it is sold once.
