VelesRelay
Relief cover plans for posts, walks, handovers
VelesRelay plans relief cover for fixed posts at small events. You enter the existing rota, requested absences, eligible rovers, availability and explicit directed walking times; the app proposes a route including the outbound walk, both handovers and the return, and keeps unresolved requests visible instead of declaring the plan complete. Revisions can be saved and printed as post and rover sheets.
The download is a local browser app (runtime source under MIT) with an illustrated guide, Orchard Fair example data and six CSV templates. Verified in Chrome 152 on Linux with networking disabled; other platforms unverified. No install, server, account or internet connection needed. Limits: one same-day event up to 16 hours, 12 posts, 6 rovers, 40 requests, and no autosave — save your project before closing. It does not prove an optimal plan.
Why no subscription? $19 USD once via Paddle, with final total and tax shown at checkout. Perpetual use of the purchased version; no updates promised. Store the recovery code yourself.
