Mundwerk turns spoken language into text instantly — and entirely on the Mac. Speech recognition runs locally on Apple Silicon; nothing is uploaded to a cloud, no account is required. A keyboard shortcut lets you dictate into any app, with the recognised text appearing right at the cursor.

It suits long emails as much as notes, chat messages or the first draft of a text — anywhere typing is slower than speaking. Because processing happens offline, Mundwerk works without an internet connection and keeps confidential content on the device.
