Mole for Mac
Clean your Mac, manage apps, watch the system
Mole for Mac bundles five tools in one app: Clean (ten categories, safer regenerable caches first, review each item, delete directly or send to Trash), Software (updates from Sparkle, App Store, Homebrew and other supported sources, uninstall apps together with leftovers, manage supported login and background items, see sizes before removing), Optimize (Quick Look, caches, metadata and common macOS services in one run, admin authorization once per run, skipped tasks explained), Analyze (whole-disk treemap, drill into folders, open in Finder or move to Trash, system folders view-only, Trash actions always confirmed) and Status (live CPU, memory, GPU, disk, network, temperature and fan metrics, battery for the Mac plus paired iPhone/iPad and Bluetooth accessories, sortable and pinnable processes, chosen metrics in the menu bar).
The site lists $19 one-time, two Macs per license, lifetime updates, a try-before-you-buy option and a 14-day refund window. macOS 14 or newer is required. Alongside the app there is an open-source command-line tool by the same developer (tw93), installed via Homebrew and described by users as free. For cleaning, the vendor states that scans and cleanup stay on your Mac and that files and results are never uploaded. The page says nothing further about accounts or exporting personal data.
Why no subscription? A single $19 purchase covers two Macs and lifetime updates, while the mainstream Mac cleanup and monitoring utilities it is compared to typically bill every year.
