Vector: On-the-Go Action Notes

Vector is a notes app built around work status: every note has a title, text, color and a state – Next, In Progress, Waiting, Decision or Reference. Live counts show what needs attention, filters narrow the workstream, and search covers note titles and text. Priority notes can be pinned to the top.

Press and hold a note to edit, pin, share or delete it; sharing goes through Apple’s share sheet and only when you pick a destination. Per the description the app works without accounts or cloud processing. It deliberately does not record audio, transcribe meetings, generate summaries, assign tasks, track due dates or sync a shared workspace. Capture is manual. Anonymous usage data may be collected for analytics. Requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or later.
