TowerScope: Cell Tower Map
Explore cell records worldwide on a clear map
TowerScope puts 2G–5G cellular records on a map. Search places, addresses and countries worldwide, filter by radio technology, carrier and point type (applied server-side), and switch between standard, hybrid and satellite views. Each result shows Cell ID, MCC/MNC, area code, coordinates, sample count, date, estimated range and a quality label; coordinates can open in Apple Maps. An optional test measures latency, download, upload and ISP/ASN.
The app is upfront about limits: a marker isn’t automatically a physical tower — it may be a logical cell, sector, observation or estimated site, and coverage and recency vary by region. Data comes from the developer’s own backend based on OpenCellID observations. The optional connection test transfers up to about 16 MB and describes your current internet connection, not a specific tower.
