WeatherTracking connects to a personal weather station via Weather Underground, Tempest, Ambient Weather, Home Assistant, Davis WeatherLink Live or an Ecowitt LAN gateway, turning readings into a readable history: charts for temperature, rain, wind, pressure and humidity, plus a Home Screen widget showing one of eleven values.

The free tier covers one station, current conditions, maps, CSV export, one local alert rule and seven days of history. A single $8.99 purchase adds climatology and records, extended and custom history, station comparison, multiple stations and unlimited local alert rules. The developer states there is no WeatherTracking account and no ads; observations are stored locally on the device and credentials sit in the iOS Keychain. You can export your own measurements and move complete backups between devices without including credentials. Alerts are evaluated after a successful refresh and this is not a life-safety service.

Why no subscription? Pro features unlock with one in-app purchase, explicitly without a recurring plan.
