VolosTally

VolosTally is an offline app for solo teachers and tutors who already keep lessons in a calendar. Load an exported ICS file and a CSV roster, assign each calendar title to a student or mark it as not a lesson, set time zone, currency, cancellation policy, monthly fees and opening balances, then review every dated charge. Siblings share one family statement, and makeup credits and fixed-length packages carry across months. Exports include printable HTML statements, ledger/summary CSVs and a next-month balance file.

Verified only in Chrome 152 on Linux; other browsers and real Google, Apple or Outlook exports are untested. Limits: 50 calendar files, 20 MB expanded data, 5,000 monthly entries, 200 students. Output is calculated lesson charges, not payment evidence or a tax invoice. No account or connection needed; a free fictional sample pack (without the app) is available.

Why no subscription? One-time purchase at $19 USD with perpetual use of that version. Paddle is the merchant of record and shows final total and tax; no updates are promised.
