TapCall6 - Family Speed Dial
Speed dial with big photo buttons for family calls
TapCall6 puts up to six frequently called contacts on one screen as large photo buttons. Instead of scrolling a long contact list, you tap a familiar face and the call starts through the iPhone’s regular phone feature. Setup works by holding a photo for three seconds to edit name, number and picture from your photo library. It is aimed at anyone wanting fewer steps when calling, including people helping a parent or older relative.
The developer states contact names, numbers and photos are stored locally on the iPhone, with no app account or login required. It needs an iPhone with iOS 15 or later and calling capability; there is no iPad, Mac or Vision Pro version. Interface languages are English, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Calls use the iPhone phone feature and may incur carrier charges from your own provider.
Why no subscription? The first contact is free, and a single in-app purchase of $2.99 permanently unlocks the other five. No recurring charge, and Restore Purchases is available.
