ReginGuide is a local editor for illustrated small-kit instructions. You import a generic CSV/TSV parts table, write up to 30 steps with one PNG/JPEG image each and link the quantities every step consumes. It flags unassigned or excess allocations and lets you record spare, preassembled or excluded parts deliberately. Each project keeps one immutable released baseline plus a working draft, and you can export a separate static reader guide.

The download includes the browser editor, an illustrated English manual, example parts tables and an editable sample project. Checked only in Chrome 152 on Linux; it runs with no server, installation, account or internet connection. Limits: no autosave, cloud sync or undo, no XLSX/PDF import or DOCX export, and images are re-encoded as PNG.

Why no subscription? $29 USD once for the purchased version, usable perpetually. Paddle handles checkout; no future updates are promised. Save the private recovery code before paying.
