Pill Today answers one question: did I take my pills today? One button logs the dose and shows the time you recorded it. You can mark the past week as done or skipped, while calendar and statistics cover monthly history, 7- and 30-day completion and streaks.
Reminders support weekday-specific times, multiple alarms and snooze. The Lock Screen widget shows whether you’ve logged today; marking the dose happens via the Home Screen widget or Apple Watch. Accessibility includes VoiceOver, larger text, dark interface and differentiation without colour alone. It requires iOS 26.1. Per the developer’s disclosure, data including coarse location, device ID and usage data may be collected for third-party advertising and analytics.
Why no subscription? Tracking and reminders are free. Banner ads can be removed with a one-time in-app purchase of $0.49, and a previous purchase can be restored.
