Mole Tracker: Skin Check Diary

Mole Tracker is an iPhone diary for skin spots: pick a body area, name the spot, then take a close-up or import a photo you already have. You review the image, date and note before saving; original photo dates are used when available and can be corrected. Two dated photos can be opened full screen and zoomed independently.

For appointments the app builds a PDF on your device with photos, dates and notes, for one spot or your whole history, and you choose how to share it. Photos and notes stay in the app’s local storage, with no account and no developer uploads; an optional Face ID, Touch ID or passcode lock is available. A backup file in Settings includes photos and records so you can restore the diary on another iPhone. Optional monthly reminder. No image analysis or diagnosis. Requires iOS 17 or later.
