Lease Log keeps one tenancy’s paperwork on your iPhone: move-in and move-out photos guided by a room checklist, a maintenance log with dates and status, rent payments with method and total, dated notes on messages and calls, apartment specs like paint codes and appliance models, and a contact directory. A countdown tracks the notice deadline you enter, with local reminders and widgets. Imported photos keep their original dates.
Capture and backup are free; a complete backup including photos can be restored on another iPhone, and there is no automatic iCloud sync. The full paginated PDF report is a one-time $4.99 unlock in the US, with prices varying by territory; a sample report is viewable without buying. No account, analytics or ads — data stays in the app, with optional Face ID, Touch ID or passcode lock. Requires iOS 26 or later.
