FOX Tasks.
Customisable iPhone planner, no account, no subscription
FOX Tasks. is a highly customisable iPhone planner: drag cards into place, pick one to six entries for the bottom navigation, edit or remove headings, choose Light or Dark, and set an accent colour via hex code. Widgets come in three sizes with their own content and colours.
Feature-wise it covers notes and tasks with due dates, reminders and flexible repeats, daily goals with streaks and twelve badge levels, plus a working-day module for shifts, breaks and optional shift alarms. Reminders need iOS permission, shift alarms require iOS 26.1 or later, and weather needs an internet connection. The developer states planning data stays locally on the iPhone; there is no app-provided cloud sync.
Why no subscription? The app is free, with no account, no banner ads and no subscription. External services are used for feedback, news, explicitly authorised push notifications and optional weather.
