First Rep is a visual fitness journal for iPhone. Check-in photos appear in a newest-first two-column gallery; open any shot full screen, copy it via the iOS share sheet, or delete it. Local reminders nudge you back.

After saving a photo you can optionally add height and weight, with BMI calculated on device. These feed private Weight and BMI trend charts. Pick any two photos and drag an aligned before-and-after slider, then export a comparison if you want. The app does not use HealthKit and the camera does not estimate body data. Photos and measurements are stated to be encrypted on the device, with no account, no backend photo storage, no ads. BMI is a general reference, not a medical diagnosis.

Why no subscription? The download is free, and a single lifetime in-app purchase of $2.99 unlocks the complete app. No free trial, no free tier, no recurring charge.
