Evyren
A short pause before you open an app
Evyren inserts a short pause between the impulse and actually opening an app. You pick the apps and set active hours; during those hours a protected app shows a pause prompt, and afterwards you decide whether to continue or step away. Daily and weekly records show your choices, and the listing states you can export your local data.
The free plan covers up to three apps and basic reports. More apps, category protection, per-app rules, custom hours and pause duration, detailed reports and older history require Evyren Pro. The developer states no data is collected. iPhone only, iOS 17 or later, English and Simplified Chinese.
Why no subscription? Pro is available as a lifetime purchase for $59.99. The App Store also lists subscriptions ($39.99/year, $7.99/month) — the one-time purchase is the subscription-free route.
