DomovoiTray
Plan foamcore board-game inserts locally
DomovoiTray is a local browser app that turns measured game components into rectangular foamcore or chipboard inserts. You enter inner box dimensions, card stacks, token piles, material thickness, kerf and lid items, arrange wells in single-row trays, and check the full height stack under the lid. If the stack is too tall, the build pack stays blocked until you fix it.
Exports include SVG sheets, a cut-diagram PDF, actual-size tiled glue guides (A4/Letter), an assembly PDF, CSV parts and cut lists, and the editable project JSON. Limits: rectangular parts only, single-row trays, one floor layer, at most 88 parts. Checked only in Chrome 152 on Linux; no autosave, no account, no network requests. Print at 100% and measure the 50 mm test square before cutting. A free pack with manual and sample data is available without the app.
