Dispatch
An ASO toolkit for indie developers
Subscription-free alternative to AppFollow, AppTweak, Sensor Tower.
Dispatch covers the work that sits between “the app is finished” and “the app gets found”. Niche Scout searches public App Store signals for a market segment, scores every incumbent with a transparent beatability rating, and deliberately reports revenue in wide bands rather than pretending to precision. Review Pain Miner clusters the recent reviews of the strongest competitors into themes — bugs, feature requests, pricing complaints, confusion — which leaves you with a list of exactly where they can be beaten.
Then there is the operational half: keyword research and a rank tracker across 150 countries with menu-bar alerts on larger moves, a metadata editor that pushes and pulls directly with App Store Connect, a screenshot studio, a site generator, pre-flight checks before submission, and a Rejection Doctor that reads Apple’s rejection message and names the guideline behind it. The numbers from Apple’s own reports — chart positions, subscription revenue, crashes — feed into a daily briefing.
The AI behind it is Apple’s Foundation Models, running entirely on the Mac: no API key, no cloud, no per-request metering. Projects, drafts and screenshots stay local, and App Store Connect keys live in the keychain. The AI features need macOS 26 on Apple Silicon; the rest runs without. Dispatch costs $39 once through Polar, with a three-day trial and a 14-day refund window, and is included in the $99 Yuzool Mac bundle. A separate iPhone companion, Dispatch Kun, is on the App Store, also as a one-time purchase.
Why no subscription? The established ASO services charge $79 a month and up because they run crawlers and servers. Dispatch moves the same work onto the developer’s own Mac — which leaves the recurring fee with nothing to stand on.
